Mission:
Superiority Complex is a youth-led organization dedicated to restoring the relationship between young people and art, fashion and photography. We believe that creativity is a powerful tool for personal and community empowerment, and we aim to provide opportunities for black youths to express themselves and develop their artistic skills.
Vision:
Our vision is to create a world where black youths are able to explore their creativity and pursue their passions without limitations. We envision a society where art, culture, and fashion are accessible to all, regardless of socioeconomic background, and where the voices of young people are heard and valued.
Goal:
Make individuals to overcome their inferiority complexes, feel confidence and feel good about themselves.
To provide a safe and inclusive space for young people to express themselves and develop their artistic skills through various workshops and events.
To increase accessibility to art, fashion and photography for underserved youth populations through outreach programs and partnerships with community organizations.
To empower young people to become leaders and advocates for art, fashion and photography through leadership development programs and mentorship opportunities.
To promote sustainability and ethical practices within the fashion industry through educational campaigns and partnerships with ethical fashion brands.
To foster a sense of community and connection among young people through collaborative art projects and events that celebrate diversity and promote social justice.
